Irene Dirks

Irene Dirks has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Manager Learning & Development at Qbuzz b.v. since June 2017, following roles as Senior Learning & Development Coordinator and Opleidingsadviseur. Prior to this, Irene held various positions at ING Nederland from January 2008 to September 2016, including Unit Manager for Hypotheken Informatie and Leadgeneratie Hypotheken, as well as roles in coaching and training. Earlier in Irene's career, experience included leadership and team roles at Cendris and a brief tenure as an entertainer at Iberostar Hotels & Resorts. Irene holds a Master of Education for Professional Learning and Development from Aeres University of Applied Sciences Wageningen, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanze, and a Propedeuse in Dutch Law from the University of Groningen. Academic foundations include a VWO in Natuur & Techniek from Zernike College, with electives in informatics and philosophy.
