Currently serving as General Manager at QC Data, Inc. since 2006, Tom Carver has previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Byers Engineering from June 1979 to February 2006, where management of projects and production centers for major telephone clients was a core responsibility. Tom Carver holds a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, completed between 2003 and 2004.
