Kevin Ko

Kevin Ko is an accomplished engineering professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in automation and control systems within the entertainment and biomedical sectors. Currently serving as Automation EIT at QCA Systems Ltd, Kevin has successfully commissioned complex projects, including dynamic motion theatres and roller coasters, integrating and troubleshooting various systems such as PLCs, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Previous roles include Control Systems EIT at Vanrx Pharmasystems, where Kevin developed and tested automation protocols, and Jr. Electrical/Controls EIT at Dynamic Attractions, delivering successful project outcomes, including TUV inspections. Kevin co-founded Bluehive Technologies and has significant expertise in project management, circuit design, and systems engineering from experiences at STEMCELL Technologies and Canada's Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Simon Fraser University.
