Jacky Tsai

Jacky Tsai is an experienced sales director at QCT since December 2018, having previously served as a researcher in the Office of Science and Technology, Executive Yuan from April 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included innovation and startup policy studies, government affairs, and technology policy research. Prior roles include co-founding and serving as AVP at HopeBay Technologies, managing business development, and working as a business development and sales executive at Delta Electronics. Tsai also contributed as a consultant at ITRI and held the position of managing director at CONTEK Information System Ltd. Educational qualifications include pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Management at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, along with an EMBA in Global Strategy and a BS in Applied Math and Information Management.
