Simon Bacon

Simon Bacon has extensive experience in retail and operations management. From October 1994 to February 1997, Simon served as Retail Catering Manager at Henderson & King Ltd. Following this role, Simon worked as Senior Buyer at Chimale Ltd from February 1997 to December 2001, where responsibilities included leading a team of buyers and managing the sourcing, pricing strategy, and margin control for a group of garden centres.
