CB Rajesh

CB Rajesh is the founder and project lead at QDegrees Services. Prior to that, they worked as the general manager customer service at Vodafone Essar Limited from August 2004 to August 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer service operations for Vodafone Rajasthan, delivering customer satisfaction for 100,000+ customer interactions per day, building relationships with high-end customers, and supporting the business team with new customer acquisitions through efficient processes. CB has also driven revenues through every customer interaction through various CRM tools. In addition, they have managed costs through innovation and automation and instituted a reward and recognition process to constantly challenge both in-house and outsourced teams.

CB Rajesh studied at SSNSS School in Varkala, Trivandrum where they completed their BSc.
