Ciera Figge is currently the Director of GTM Operations at Qdrant, a role started in 2025. Previously, Ciera served as the Manager of Revenue Operations at PlanetScale from 2021 to 2024 and held a variety of revenue operations roles, including Senior Revenue Operations Manager at HUMAN and Manager of Revenue Operations at Zapproved.
