Eddy Austin

Eddy Austin has a background in IT support and technical services, with experience in systems and infrastructure administration. Eddy has worked in various roles such as IT Support Technician, Technical Service Engineer, and currently holds the position of ICT Systems and Infrastructure Administrator at QEC. Prior to transitioning into the IT field, Eddy also has experience working as a Retail Assistant at The Reject Shop. Throughout Eddy's career, they have gained skills in areas such as 1st level support, Active Directory, disaster recovery, mobile device management, and file & application security.
