Michael Pegues

Michael Pegues is an experienced Training Developer Lead currently at QED Systems, LLC since September 2019, having previously held similar positions at MacAulay-Brown, Inc. and Camber Corporation. With a robust background in instructional design and development, Michael has focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing various training materials, particularly for the Navy's A-School programs, ensuring compliance with SCORM and Integrated Learning Environment standards. Michael's career began in a managerial role at Luxottica Retail, where responsibilities included recruiting, performance management, and operational oversight. Michael holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Technology and Telecommunication from Western Illinois University.
