William Messner is a Senior Systems Design Engineer at QED Technologies, a position held since April 2002, and previously served as a Systems Engineer within the same company. Prior to this role, William worked as a Project Engineer at Veeco Instruments from 1995 to 2002. William earned a Master of Science degree in Product Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, obtained from 1989 to 1994.
