Sarah Austin

Co-Founder at QGlobe

Sarah Austin is a serial entrepreneur from Silicon Valley and alumnus of Mount Holyoke College. She graduated on to Johns Hopkins University to study data science. From there she built the world's first emotional artificial intelligence engine as the founder and CEO of Broad Listening, and exited the company by selling her shares to an investor who then sold the company to the second largest HR company in Australia. Sarah is focused on equal equality with her nonprofit to sponsor women to attend collegiate hackathons, CodingFTW. As the original community builder who contributed to the founding team of Twitch, she launched Pop17, a game hacks marketplace for gamers. The company is still profitable today and has been in operation for over fifteen years and was featured in The New York Times, Vanity Fair Magazine and NBC Bravo's "Startups Silicon Valley" docu-series where she was called the original influencer. Sarah's understanding of mass human interaction comes from decades of codifying social media architecture into her existing company that she co-founded as the TikTok for gamers. She won Binance Project of the Year in 2020 and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient.
