Allison Serletic

Allison Serletic currently serves as Record Survey Coordinator and previously held the position of Surveying & Mapping Technician at QGS Development, Inc. since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Surveying and Mapping Specialist at Polk County BoCC and freelance work as a GIS Analyst/Programmer. Allison's earlier career includes positions such as Legal Assistant at the State Attorney's Office for Florida's 10th Judicial Circuit and various roles at Polk County BoCC, including Code Enforcement Specialist II and Secretary I in Indigent Health Services. Additionally, experience as an Appraisal Specialist/Deeds at the Polk County Property Appraiser involved managing property title transfers and addressing taxpayer inquiries. Prior experience also includes roles in customer service and legal aid. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Florida, an Associate of Arts degree from Polk State College, and a high school diploma from Bartow High School.
