QGS Development
James Maxwell has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields. Since August 2005, James has been with QGS Development, Inc., where James progressed from Estimator to Estimating Manager, utilizing tools such as Agtek Earthwork, Agtek Materials, Agtek Highway, Timberline Estimating, and AutoCad. Additionally, James served as Superintendent and Surveyor, focusing on GPS and Total Station layout for site development and golf course projects. Prior to this role, James worked at Publix Manufacturing and Warehousing from October 1994 to August 2001 as a Foreman Trainer.
QGS Development
In 1982 Quality Grassing & Services, Inc. was founded by Howard Barnes and J.W. Thomas. Within a short time, QGS flourished from a grassing contractor to providing full service golf course construction, renovation, and irrigation.
