Ken Lane

Ken Lane possesses extensive experience in contracts and estimating, currently holding a position at QGS Development Inc. since July 2014. Prior roles include Estimator/Project Manager at Tiger Contracting LLC, where oversight of preconstruction and construction services was a key responsibility, and Estimator / Project Manager at Marcobay Construction Inc. overseeing civil division services. Additional significant positions include Director of Preconstruction at Florida First Development, Chief Estimator at Rose Integrated Services Inc., and Senior Civil Estimator at Black Construction Inc., where comprehensive cost estimating and project management were central functions. Ken Lane holds a Bachelor of Science in ATC Management from Hampton University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College.
