丹襄阳郭 has over 18 years of professional experience. In 2003, they began their career as a Project Engineer at China Shipbuilding Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. In 2005, they joined Huawei, where they held roles such as Network Operation System HRBP, Network HR Solution, Project and Foundation Setup HRD, China Region, Digital Government, and New Finance HRD. In 2021, they became a Self-Founder and wrote the book "Business as a Text: Huawei and Ali's HRBP Value Creation 12 Types". Finally, in 2022, they became the CPO at K3 Position Network Co., Ltd.
