John Taylor.

John Taylor has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. John currently holds the position of Head of Finance, Private Market Investments at QIC since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at QIC as an Investment Accounting Manager in the Global Private Capital division from April 2018 to February 2022, and as a Senior Fund Accountant from March 2017 to March 2018. Before joining QIC, John served as Deputy Group Head/Associate Director - Fund Accounting at MUFG Investor Services from December 2015 to September 2016, and at UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd from January 2010 to December 2015.

Earlier in their career, John gained experience in management accounting and business analysis. John worked as a Management Accountant/Business Analyst at Vue Entertainment from May 2006 to July 2007, where they were responsible for KPI reporting, budget preparation, and ad hoc analysis. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Tabcorp from April 2004 to June 2005, focusing on revenue reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis. John began their career at Diageo in April 2001 as a Business Reporting Analyst/Management Accountant, where they handled management and board reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning until January 2004.
