Jonathan Crombie

Jonathan Crombie has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Jonathan most recently served as the Head of Real Assets, GMA at QIC, starting in August 2015. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President - Real Estate at GIC from April 2012 to April 2015. Jonathan also worked as a Senior Fund Manager at Lend Lease from April 2011 to April 2012. Jonathan had a long tenure at JER Partners, where they held various roles including Director - Fund Investment Management, Director - Chief of Staff to President (Michael Pralle), Vice President - Fund Investment Management, and Associate. Jonathan was with JER Partners from September 2002 to June 2010. Before that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance from August 2000 to September 2002. Jonathan started their career at Hongkong Land as a Manager - South East Asia Investment & Development from August 1997 to August 2000. Jonathan also participated in the Executive Management Programme at Jardine Matheson from August 1995 to August 1997.

Jonathan Crombie completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Jonathan then pursued a Masters degree in Finance and Real Estate at Penn State University from 1994 to 1995. In 1996, they enrolled at the CFA Institute and obtained a CFA certification, completing their formal education in 1999.
