Mo A. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. They started their career in various IT engineering roles from January 2012 to July 2018, gaining valuable experience. In August 2018, Mo A. joined JELD-WEN, Inc. as an IT Engineer, and later took on the responsibility of a Project Engineer/Manager for CUCM/Cisco HCS and NBN Migrations. They worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. until August 2020.

After that, Mo A. joined the Queensland Government as a Senior Information Technology Specialist for the Queensland Reconstruction Authority from August 2020 to December 2021. They also served as a Systems Specialist for the Queensland Police Service from January 2022 to April 2022.

In 2022, Mo A. joined Esri Australia as a Systems Engineer, where they worked until December 2022. In January 2023, they started their current role as a Cloud Engineering Lead at QIC.

Mo A. has a Master's degree in Information Technology (Networking & Security) from Griffith University.
