Stephen Dewaele

Stephen Dewaele is a seasoned executive in property management with extensive experience in leading diverse asset portfolios. Currently serving as the General Manager of Property Management at QIC since February 2020, Stephen oversees a $16 billion portfolio across various sectors, including retail, office, and industrial assets. Additional roles include serving as a Director at the Shopping Centre Council of Australia since March 2023 and previously as Regional General Manager at Vicinity Centres, where Stephen managed 26 shopping centres valued over $5 billion. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Colonial First State Global Asset Management and Centre Manager at Chadstone Shopping Centre, the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University.
