Inés Cerdá

Inés Cerdá's work experience includes roles in various organizations and positions related to psychology and human resources. Starting in 2017, they completed a professional practice at the Hospital de Niños Dr. Ricardo Gutierrez, where they gained experience in clinical work with children and adolescents. From 2017 to 2018, they also completed a clinical psychoanalytic internship at the Hospital Neuropsiquiátrico Dr. Braulio A. Moyano, working with adults with severe pathologies. In 2018, they worked as an assistant in personnel selection at Consultora RH Argentina and began their specialization as a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Clinical Psychotherapy. During this time, they also worked as a therapist in group therapy for the Hospital General de Niños “Ricardo Gutierrez” and as a program evaluator at Aldeas Infantiles SOS Argentina. In 2019, they joined ZENIT y PSINAF as a support for school integration and started working as a researcher validating attachment patterns technique at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. In 2021, they worked as a child psychotherapist specializing in Neurodevelopmental Disorders at Centro Ki-A. Currently, they are working as a People Operations Specialist at Qida, a home-care company.

Inés Cerdá's education history spans from 2013 to the present. In 2013, they enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires and earned a Grado degree in Licenciatura en Psicología, which they completed in 2018. In 2019, they pursued further education at the University of Buenos Aires and obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Psicodiagnóstico con Técnicas Proyectivas en el ámbito clínico, laboral y forense. During the same year, they also completed a Postgraduate Degree in Psicoanálisis Multifamiliar. In 2020, they attended the Instituto Universitario Hospital Italiano and completed a Posgrado in Psicología Vincular y Grupal de Clínica y Promoción de Salud Infanto Juvenil. Continuing their studies, Inés pursued a Posgrado in Psicología Laboral y Organizacional at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are enrolled in the UPF Barcelona School of Management, working towards a Postgrado en Coaching Ejecutivo y Personal, specializing in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines.
