María Torres

María Torres has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 at the Centro de Atención Integral a Drogodependientes, where they worked as a "Psicología de Adicciones" for two months. In 2017, they worked as a "Psicóloga" at Psytel Instituto de Psicología & Sexología for three months, followed by a role as a "Psicóloga" at Centro Psicológico Cepsim from October 2017 to February 2018. In 2018, they joined ManpowerGroup as a "Técnico de RRHH," where they managed recruitment processes until September 2020. Concurrently, from December 2018 to September 2020, María worked as a "Psicóloga General Sanitaria" at NB Psicología. Currently, María is employed at Qida (home-care) since September 2020. María started as an "HR Recruiter" and currently holds the role of "Líder de Equipo People Ops," where they oversee the selection process and provides emotional support to Qiders.

María Torres completed their Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology (Grado en Psicología) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in General Health Psychology (Máster Psicología General Sanitaria) at Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid. Later in 2016, María completed another Master's degree in Legal and Forensic Psychology (Máster Psicología Legal y Forense) from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. In 2017, they participated in an initiation course on Family Therapy (Inición Terapia Familiar) at Instituto IASE. Additionally, María obtained a B1 level certification in English from Trinity College-Hartford, which they pursued from 2017 to 2018.
