Adeeb Shaban

Adeeb Shaban is an experienced project leader currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Qiddiya, focusing on dynamic mixed-use precincts that enhance tourism and community living. Previously, Adeeb worked as a Senior Design Manager at Midgard Ltd, where they directed legislative changes and standardized operational practices. Before that, Adeeb held multiple roles at Ballymore, managing high-profile projects including the world’s first floating Sky Pool and a luxury residential tower in Canary Wharf. Adeeb began their career as a Junior Project Manager at Dstl, successfully leading infrastructure programs and optimizing procurement strategies. Adeeb is pursuing a BSc Hons in Architectural Technology from London South Bank University.
