Joe Bailey

Joe Bailey is an experienced professional in cost planning, currently serving as the Director of Cost Planning at Qiddiya since November 2023. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Lendlease for over eight years in various positions, including Cost Planning Manager for Residential and Senior Cost Planner for major apartment projects such as One Sydney Harbour and Waterbank Perth. Joe's previous experience includes a tenure as a Cost Planner at Mirvac, Senior Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall, and Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend. Joe began a career in quantity surveying as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Mott MacDonald. Joe holds a degree from Leeds Beckett University and completed education at Benton Park.
