Lee Millard is a senior leader in customer experience with a diverse background in customer-focused projects and operations management. They served as the Head of Customer Experience for the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, leading a team of over 800 and achieving high customer satisfaction scores. Previously, Lee held various roles within the UK rail industry, including Customer Operations Delivery Manager at GTR and Head of Customer Relations at First Group, where they successfully managed large-scale projects and fostered stakeholder relationships. Currently, Lee is the Director of Customer Experience (Transport) at Qiddiya. Lee holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Southampton Solent University.
