Mike's career began at Birse Construction & Civils Ltd, where they progressed from Graduate Engineer to Project Manager over 11 years, contributing to numerous projects in diverse sectors. They also gained significant experience at Woolf, managing projects with total values exceeding £260 million. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Ulster University.
