Muddassar Hashmi

Muddassar Hashmi, ACA, currently serves as the Director Finance Business Partner at Qiddiya since December 2021. Prior to this role, Muddassar held various leadership positions at Mobily from September 2011 to November 2021, including Director Network OPEX & CAPEX Management and Senior Executive Manager - Investments, where responsibilities involved financial strategies for new ventures, long-term partnership projects, and telecom infrastructure investments. Muddassar's earlier experience includes working as Senior Executive Finance at Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited from December 2006 to September 2011, focusing on significant financial negotiations and projections, and as an Audit Trainee at Khalid Majid Rehman Chartered Accountants from 2002 to 2006. Muddassar holds an Associate Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
