Peter Brigham

Peter Brigham is the Head of Asset Management at Qiddiya Investment Company, where they oversee all asset management activities for one of the largest master-planned construction projects globally. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, they have built expertise in acquisitions, financing, development, and asset management across various asset classes and international markets. Former roles include leadership positions at Round Hill Capital, Iverson Capital, and Morgan Stanley, where they managed extensive portfolios and led teams to optimize asset performance. Peter also holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Real Estate from UC Berkeley.
