Simon Lofty

Simon Lofty is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) who currently serves as the Director of Contracts at Qiddiya Investment Company. Previously, Simon held various roles including Partner at Core Five LLP, where they worked on large residential-led mixed-use schemes, and Director at AECOM, leading cost management teams in both London and Riyadh. Simon began their career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Peter North and Partners, eventually gaining extensive experience in project surveying and cost estimation across multiple sectors in the UK and Middle East. Simon earned a BSc Hons Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster.
