Our services include investor reporting, investor accounting, bank reconciliations, Fannie Mae schedules and shortage/surplus reconciliations, mortgage servicer reviews, mortgage servicing audit support, design and SME for investor reporting system development, policy and procedure development, expert witness for litigation issues, formal classroom or one-on-one training, internal or external audit assistance, servicing system conversion, and backlog projects.  We also provide consultative and advisory services. QIE Partners is a Fannie Mae approved supplier of services.

QIE is pronounced "key" and stands for Quality, Integrity, and Expertise.  We ONLY employ permanent USA staff with significant investor reporting and bank reconciliation experience who have a passion for providing the best possible service, dedication, and commitment to our clients.  As of March 2022, we have 19 employees to support our clients in 30+ states.
