Patrick Birrell

Patrick Birrell has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Patrick started their career in 2007 as a Bars and Room Service Manager at Macdonald Hotels, where they were responsible for managing the bar and room service department.

Patrick then transitioned to Spirit Pub Company in 2009, where they held multiple roles including Holding General Manager, Change Manager, and Pre Opening Coach/Investment Trainer. In these positions, they were involved in training and coaching team members, implementing new business systems, and driving change to improve profitability and customer service.
