Robert Wallace

Robert Wallace has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and development. Robert is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at QikServe since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Avaloq as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2020 to January 2021, where they were responsible for developing and enhancing the Avaloq core server platform. Before Avaloq, Robert was a Senior Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer at Hollander International Systems Ltd - A Solera Company from August 2019 to March 2020. Robert also has experience as a Manager at Bankfoot Inn from October 2007 to October 2018. Additionally, Robert has worked at companies such as Sky, JP Morgan, Standard Life, BSkyB, and Vebnet, where they held various software engineering roles and gained experience in technologies such as Java, C#, and XML.

Robert Wallace has a diverse education history. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Stirling, where they attended from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Fife Technical College from 1986 to 1988, earning a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Data Processing.

Before their college studies, Robert attended UWC South East Asia from 1982 to 1985, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period. It can be assumed that this was a secondary education institution.

In addition to their formal education, Robert has acquired certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2019, they obtained the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification from Cambridge Assessment English. Later, in June 2020, they obtained the Airlock WAF/IAM Security Certification from Ergon Informatik AG.
