Hervé Ostrowski

Hervé Ostrowski currently serves as the CEO of Food & Agri Commodities and Chief Operating Officer at QIMA since September 2018. Prior to this role, Hervé was the Managing Director at Serval SAS, a family business specializing in high-performance milk replacers, with a revenue of 150 million euros in 2017. Hervé also held the position of Vice-President for the Middle East, Africa, India, and Pacific regions at Mérieux Nutrisciences, a leader in food safety solutions, contributing to sales of 500 million dollars in 2017. Earlier experience includes Managing Director at Eurofins Group, with 3 billion euros in sales in 2017, and Industrial Director at WEISHARDT, the fourth largest producer of gelatine globally. Hervé started the career as Production Manager and Business Controller at Roquette and held the position of Production & Methods Engineer at Schneider Electric. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Innovation & Production from CentraleSupélec and an Executive MBA from ESSEC Executive Education.
