We are an independent AI research lab in formation, integrating healthcare research, legal analysis, technical prototyping, and cultural production in the context of queer lives in India. Our work aims to produce accessible policy briefs, conduct safety audits, develop experimental technology prototypes that address emerging risks and opportunities for queer communities, and support feature-length and short-form media projects that inform and extend our research agenda. All work is grounded in close collaboration with queer and trans communities and interdisciplinary partners, centring queer agency and joy as both a methodological lens and a desired future.

Our underlying motivation is to contribute to making India a globally credible and safe jurisdiction for queer and trans people seeking social, legal, or medical transition.

Primary Research Focus:
- Risk classification and cross-border care for trans patients (including trans medical tourism)
- Feature-length films, short films, and theatre projects highlighting queer joy and agency
- Accessible queer policy briefs and institutional toolkits
- Creative technology prototypes and future-facing research
