David Fram

David Fram is a seasoned professional in the life sciences sector with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently a member of the HCA consulting group at Qinecsa Solutions since January 2023, David Fram previously co-founded Commonwealth Informatics Inc. and served as Vice-President from October 2010 until January 2023. Prior roles include Research Director at Recombinant Data Corp, Vice President at Phase Forward and PPD Inc., and Senior Scientist at Belmont Research. David Fram also co-founded Teknekron Pharmaceuticals and held the position of Senior Scientist at Bolt Beranek and Newman. David Fram earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Princeton University, graduating in 1968.
