From 2016 to 2018, Alec worked as a Commercial Manager at Babcock International Group, specializing in high-value contract negotiations and innovative contracting solutions. Alec then joined the Royal Navy in 2020 as part of the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, focusing on commercial and financial strategy.
