Anton D.

Anton D. has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as a Software Consultant with EDS Group. In this role, they provided 3D computer graphics support and software consultancy for various projects, including flight simulator training and holographic imaging.

In 2002, Anton joined QinetiQ and held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Anton began as a Visualisation Engineer, working on holographic imaging projects. Anton then transitioned to a Software Technical Leader, leading a team of engineers in developing cutting-edge 3D visualisation products and sensors.

Anton later became a member of the QinetiQ Software Engineering Steering Group, where they managed software development processes and introduced new practices. Anton also served as a Team Leader for the Product Realisation software team, overseeing the development of cross-platform commercial products.

In 2012, Anton took on the role of Design Authority for QinetiQ's SyBard® secure guards and gateway product lines, focusing on high assurance Cross-domain Solutions. Anton represented QinetiQ and provided technical input in industry cybersecurity working groups.

Anton then transitioned to the role of Principal Software Architect in the Cyber Research & Analytics team, designing and developing complex cyber information systems. Anton led teams of software engineers and produced prototypes and demonstrators, including a novel commercial secure mobile ad hoc network protocol demonstrator.

Most recently, Anton served as the Principal Systems Solution Architect in the newly-formed Cyber Solutions integrated delivery team at QinetiQ. In this role, they designed complex systems and led agile teams in the cybersecurity and other domains.

Anton D. completed a BSc (Hons) ARCS degree in Physics from Imperial College London between 1995-1998. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4 Agilist, TickITplus Practitioner, Chartered Engineer, and Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (Distinction) from various institutions between 2011-2017.
