Antony Bridges

Antony Bridges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human performance within security and defence sectors. Currently serving as Managing Consultant and Head of Human Performance at QinetiQ since May 1999, Antony leads a team focused on enhancing system performance by prioritizing the human element. Antony's expertise spans operational and policy advice in the security domain, with significant contributions to personnel selection, training, and performance management. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at Right Management, providing assessment support across various sectors, and NHS Management at Llandough and Community NHS Trust, where Antony completed a management training program. Antony holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Bristol and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Swansea University.
