Ben Pember

Ben Pember is an experienced Quality Engineer currently employed at QinetiQ since October 2019. Previously, Ben served as Deputy Quality Manager at H.R Smith from March 2014 to October 2019, managing a team of Inspectors and QA Engineers in the Aerospace sector, ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems and overseeing auditing and customer relations. Ben's earlier roles include Phone Engineer at BT, where responsibilities included fault finding and installation of PSTN phone lines and broadband, and Test Engineer at H.R Smith, focused on testing Search and Rescue equipment. Ben's career began as a Telecommunications Engineer in the Royal Corps of Signals, gaining extensive experience in radio transmission across various frequencies. Ben completed education at Aylestone School, Hereford, from 1991 to 1996.
