Charles Fair

Charles Fair is an experienced organisational scientist and command and control researcher currently employed with QinetiQ since June 2022. Charles is also a principal at Refreshing Insights and a co-founder of Fitter For Life, focusing on employee wellbeing and strategy development. Previously, Charles served as Head of Insight at Healthy Place to Work®, where efforts were dedicated to enhancing workplace health globally. Additional roles include Senior Organisation Development Consultant at Peakon, Head of Insight and Analytics at Quidnunc, and Managing Director at Fairplace Consulting, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and wellbeing strategies. Charles has a notable background in consultancy, having worked with significant organisations like Great Place to Work® and Towers Watson. Currently pursuing a PhD at King's College London, Charles also holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an MA from the University of Cambridge.
