Deborah Collis

Deborah Collis is a Senior Safety Engineer at QinetiQ since 2010, specializing in safety engineering, hazard evaluation, and risk-based reporting for aircraft design modifications. Prior to QinetiQ, Deborah worked at EDS from 1996 to 2007 as an Applied Specialist, providing technical support and systems engineering for equipment procurement programmes. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at MBDA from 1987 to 1996, focusing on subsystem specifications and performance modeling of missile systems, alongside project and team management. Deborah holds a Post Graduate Certificate in System Safety Engineering from the University of York and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Imperial College London.
