Jayne White

Jayne White, currently in a Learning and Development role at QinetiQ since January 2018, has an extensive background in training and organizational development. Previously, at GSK, Jayne served as an Interim Professional for Global Talent Programmes, successfully introducing training modules for Early Talent and collaborating with senior stakeholders. At Oracle, Jayne held various roles including Senior Consultant for the Oracle Women's Leadership program, where guidance and resources were provided to enhance leadership skills across EMEA, along with strategic project management in organization and talent development. Early career experience includes serving as Company Secretary at The Siemon Company, responsible for financial management and marketing in a startup environment. Jayne holds a Diploma in Coaching from Coach University.
