Joy North has over two decades of experience in human resources and benefits consulting. At QinetiQ, Joy North has served since July 2001 in roles such as Group Benefits and Pensions Consultant, Reward Analyst, and HR support to Reward. Prior to this position, Joy North worked at DERA from April 1995 to June 2001, holding various HR roles that contributed to a solid foundation in human resources management.
