Keating Garth

Keating Garth, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Group Reward and Global Mobility Partner at QinetiQ since August 2023. Previously, Garth held various positions at Teach First from February 2010 to December 2019, including Head of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, where significant achievements included the implementation of a new HR Information System and cost-saving initiatives in payroll. Other roles at Teach First included HR Operations and Reward Manager, People and Change Manager, and Manager - Strategy, contributing to operational management, change implementation, and strategic planning that supported substantial organizational growth. Earlier experience encompasses roles at the Corporate Executive Board, where Garth advanced strategic planning and operations, and an initial position at CEB as an Analyst, focusing on executive education management and departmental progress reporting. Education includes a BA in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School.
