MARK G.

Mark G. is a seasoned Managing Director and Project Manager with extensive experience in systems engineering and business change management. They held roles at Thales and DSD Ltd as a Systems Engineer before founding GearSys Limited, where they managed all aspects of the recruitment consultancy business from 2002 to 2023. Currently, Mark serves as a Programme Manager and Technical Delivery Lead at QinetiQ, overseeing innovative cloud and AI projects for government clients. Mark also has a strong background in business analysis, having worked with several organizations, including the UK Home Office and the National Crime Agency. They earned a degree in Applied Physics from Coventry University.
