Steve Ashley

Steve Ashley is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the defense, aerospace, and security sectors. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager at QinetiQ since October 2018, Steve oversees sales and business development for Mission Systems and Research & Innovation Delivery Teams with a focus on MOD and DSTL efforts across Land, Air, Cyber, and Space domains. Prior roles include Head of Marketing & Sales and Head of Sales and Marketing at Exsel Dytecna Ltd, where responsibilities spanned promotion, marketing, and business development, as well as a Sales & Marketing Manager at 3SDL Ltd. Steve's career began at NATS and Eurocontrol, where Steve managed critical engineering and development programs. Steve holds a BSc Hons in Electronic Communications from The University of Salford.
