Steve Thomas is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director - Air at QinetiQ since June 2023, Steve's previous roles include Head of Delivery and Programme Manager at GAMA AVIATION (ENGINEERING) LIMITED from November 2018 to July 2023, and Programme Manager at Cobham Antenna Systems from November 2017 to October 2020. Prior to these positions, Steve held the role of Security Manager at the Ministry of Defence for 15 years, and served as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Air Force from 1999 to 2005, specializing as an RAF Regiment Officer.
