Summer Ryan is an Electromechanical Engineer Degree Apprentice at QinetiQ since September 2022, recognized as a group winner at the Global Recognition Gala 2024 and has taken on the role of Site STEM Lead. In addition, Summer has served as a STEM Ambassador and a WES Apprentice Board Member with the Women's Engineering Society from July 2023 to June 2024. Past experiences include participating in various educational programs such as Morgan Stanley's "Step In, Step Up: An Insight to Technology Programme" and Siemens Virtual Work Experience. Summer has also volunteered in roles at Transport for London and local charities, contributing to project management and community service. Currently pursuing a BEng in Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Warwick, education background includes graduation from Bullerswood School in 2022.
