Adelmo Takemori

Adelmo Takemori has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Qintess since January 2020. In this role, Adelmo oversees project teams, defines deliverables and KPIs, and manages business plans and technical solutions, primarily with CISCO. Prior to Qintess, Adelmo was the Operations Manager for Minas Gerais and Nordeste at Cimcorp and served as a TIC Advisor at Intendencia, handling project management and supplier contracts for the City of Minas Gerais. Earlier experience includes managing TIC contracts and network administration at SEAPA. Adelmo holds a specialization in Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, both from PUC Minas.
