Anna P. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Anna currently works at Qintess as the Head Application - Solution Center / Pre Sales, where they specialize in management, innovation, leadership, and Management 3.0. Prior to this, Anna held the role of Financial, Career, Business, and Personal Coaching at Amplus Desenvolvimento Humano, starting in 2014.

From 2018 to 2020, Anna worked at Supplier as the Manager Technology, where they were responsible for leading the technology front line of projects, product monitoring, support, and operations. Anna also managed important partnerships with companies such as Arcelor, Votoratim Cimentos, Seara, Monsanto/Bayer, Suzano, among others. Anna successfully led corporate projects in areas like LGPD, SoD, Compliance, Bacen financial institution application, Information Security maturity project, and integration with major ERPs like SAP and Protheus.

At Porto Seguro, Anna worked as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2018. Anna led the Auto front in the Embarcando Frota program, managing a budget of 25 million with 300 team members. Anna also played a key role in integrating the Auto Frota Itaú product into Porto Seguro's technology environment, focusing on technological innovation. During their tenure, they implemented Agile methodology to optimize project processes and foster a culture of change within the company.

From 2010 to 2016, Anna worked at Resource IT Solutions, starting as an Analyst Programmer and progressing to Operations Manager. In this role, they managed the Pre-sales and Delivery departments, reporting to the CEO and Vice-Presidency. With up to 134 employees under their supervision, Anna was responsible for handling new business and government projects.

Anna's early career includes roles as an Analyst Programmer at Atento from 2006 to 2008, and as an Analyst Systems at Banco Itaú from 2008 to 2010. Anna brings a wealth of experience in various industries, demonstrating their expertise in project management, leadership, and technological innovation.

Anna P. has a Master's degree in MBA em Liderança, Inovação e Gestão 3.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Gerenciamento de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2010 to 2012. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of System Information from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André, completed from 2004 to 2007.
