Raj Gautam

Raj Gautam has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Founder & Chief Executive Officer at QL Tech Australia in 2015. In this position, they were responsible for launching and expanding the QL Tech offering in the international market, implementing a go-to-market roadmap, and growing the registered user base. Raj also built and executed revenue strategies across agency and direct teams.

In 2018, Raj became the Chief Executive Officer at YupIT, where they focused on improving the dine-in experience for users through the YupIT Application. Raj developed partnerships with venues to provide users with exciting deals and implemented in-app gamification options to engage users and offer rewards.

In 2020, Raj co-founded QLR, an Australian-based organization providing technical services in Geology & Resources, Mine Engineering, and digital solutions in the resource sector. QLR's main focus was providing business leaders with real-time access to operational data to enhance decision-making.

2021 marked the founding of Raj's new venture, QL Space, a Perth-based space company. With a passion for exploring space opportunities, QL Space aimed to develop disruptive new space technology, such as remote sensing satellites (SAR), sensors, data, and deep learning (AI+ML). The company's mission was to bring transformative changes to sectors like defense, mining, agriculture, and the environment.

Prior to these roles, Raj worked as a Team Manager at Travelex from 2010 to 2013.

Raj Gautam obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Curtin University between 2005 and 2009. Before that, they attended St. Joseph's Boys' High School, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
